Very helpful app! Scrambling for bus fare coins, I decided to see if there was a pre-pay method. Found this - easy to download, easy to navigate. 2 of the buses scanners didn't upload correctly, but the pass was activated and I boarded. I accidentally purchased 4 rail tickets and went to the site to request that they be cancelled. Within 12 hours I got a really nice email letting me know that they were cancelled, and a refund is forthcoming. Product, service, all great! Thank you!

EASY straightforward app that EASILY allows you to pay for bus pass 15 & 31 day, so you can present to driver instead of stupid change & tickets!! Also: the "Trip planner" makes negotiating your trip EASY! Also, I was able to EASILY request a refund (cuz mistake ordered 2 bus passes) and the refund was overnite without hassle! GREAT APP !!!

Will never send you a verification number and then will lock you out talking about verification failed even though they never sent the verification number, and you never pressed anything.

Beware if you are a new client like me, I bought a 7-day pass equal to $15.00 used only 1 ride, due to something out of my control happened. I messaged the company in the app and also called my local office to see if anyway they can help to extend my 7 days either by letting me use the remaining 6 days or refunding the balance, since it's about to expire in 2 days. They said if you don't use it, you lose it. Not fair for riders, it feels like an SCAM. SHAME on you all 👎 $15.00 in the trash

I don't like the implications of a wait time when using the passes. A few seconds is whatever. But several minutes aren't great, especially if I have to board a bus back to back. With a paper pass you don't have to wait.
