I have generally had a good experience with Token Transit except for the one time that I tried to use my 31-day pass on the 31st day, and it was gone, and I couldn't get ahold of any kind of customer service

Will never send you a verification number and then will lock you out talking about verification failed even though they never sent the verification number, and you never pressed anything.

Tried to create account to buy bus pass, and it said couldn't verify number than proceeds to send the same code 5 times then when I tried again to make an account it said too many verifications sent and try again later

I was unintentionally charged 3 times, when I wanted a day pass. Twice I was charged for a week pass, and today I was charged for a month pass. This issue needs to be checked for unintentionally purchased passes from the app.

This is junk. 1. Always requires internet access. As if people who use the transit system can afford to pay for smartphone and internet. 2. Monthly requires activation each day. Then it pretends you didn't pay tricking you into buying another pass even if your pass is not expired. Talk about stupid
