Personally I used it for the first time, and it was easy to use and it was so much cheaper than to have no access to your local bus station and can't pay for a transfer or just get a day pass and save money. Also it's easier to not lose track of your card and just pull it up on your phone and for me, it's way better because I have to walk a few blocks just to get to the bus stop, so I have no access to my local station, and it saves me money and time

I have generally had a good experience with Token Transit except for the one time that I tried to use my 31-day pass on the 31st day, and it was gone, and I couldn't get ahold of any kind of customer service

Beware if you are a new client like me, I bought a 7-day pass equal to $15.00 used only 1 ride, due to something out of my control happened. I messaged the company in the app and also called my local office to see if anyway they can help to extend my 7 days either by letting me use the remaining 6 days or refunding the balance, since it's about to expire in 2 days. They said if you don't use it, you lose it. Not fair for riders, it feels like an SCAM. SHAME on you all 👎 $15.00 in the trash

I was unintentionally charged 3 times, when I wanted a day pass. Twice I was charged for a week pass, and today I was charged for a month pass. This issue needs to be checked for unintentionally purchased passes from the app.

I have lost so much money a passes with this app they won't give me the passes I've bought when I got a new phone and had a different number even though I used my email to also sign in 😩

Will never send you a verification number and then will lock you out talking about verification failed even though they never sent the verification number, and you never pressed anything.

I don't like the implications of a wait time when using the passes. A few seconds is whatever. But several minutes aren't great, especially if I have to board a bus back to back. With a paper pass you don't have to wait.
