Don't do it!!! I knew better. I wanted to have this option in case for some reason I didn't have cash I wouldn't be stuck. But like absolutely everything that Palm Tran does this is garbage. I was told that once I reach $20 it would stop charging me for the week as $20 is the price of a weekly bus pass. It charged me $36, $6, then another $4 another $6. I've left over 15 messages with customer service and no one will respond. I've spoken to supervisors, and they will not fix the problem.

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP AMEUTER PROGAMERS DID NOT THINK ABOUT HAVING SEPARATE OPTION FOR ALL DAY PASS. THEY WILL FORCEFULLY EXTRACT MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT EVEN IF YOU TAKE TWO BUSES THEY WILL STEAL EXTRA MONEY AND HAVE YOU TALKING TO UNREASONABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS HAS Happened NUMEROUS TIMES UNLESS YOU CONSTANTLY RIDE THE BUS DO NOT PUT MONEY ON APP UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NEEDED IT
