I have no problem taking the bus but sometimes the bus is overwhelming and the drivers just drive right by me, and I don't like that at all especially in the rain or snow ugh.

The app is great, so convenient, and beneficial to anyone who uses this app. If you're living in Rhode Island and Rita is how you get around, you need to download this app. The app is on your phone that you take with you everywhere, so you'll always be prepared to hop on Rita. Check the Rita bus schedule and check the approximate time that the bus will be heading your way. I love it. Go get the app.

This is just a review for RIPTA customer service in general. They were very helpful on the phone today after I added a day pass to my account and then accidentally deleted the Wave card on that account, which also deleted the day pass. They were able to completely recover my virtual card and day pass within a few minutes! Nice people too.

Always errors. Ripta service is horrible unless you live in Providence. They cut service for other cities. The bus is never on time you always miss connections.

Unable to create virtual card on two different Android devices...

Doesn't work most of the time, won't let you purchase credits for rides and often doesn't work when scanning on the buses. It literally doesn't do what it's designed for.

Horrible awful no good app. Sometimes it takes your money, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you add a Day Pass to your account and when you got on the bus, the reader won't take it and says transaction declined. Or when you have say $6 on your balance, and you try to scan it, but it says transaction declined when there is clearly money on it and the bus drivers look at you like a liar. Drives me nuts. You can't remove cards that serve no purpose from your account. An extremely flawed app.
