This is just a review for RIPTA customer service in general. They were very helpful on the phone today after I added a day pass to my account and then accidentally deleted the Wave card on that account, which also deleted the day pass. They were able to completely recover my virtual card and day pass within a few minutes! Nice people too.

Works great love the transfer times seems there equipment is not always working, so it doesn't scan it, but they see that understand and still let me on overall Rita is a great compassionate company who cares for the people

I've had no issues with this app until today!!! It refuses to allow me to reload my card. And I use it every single day to get to and from work. I got very lucky today that the driver understands the issue and allowed me to go but this needs to be fixed if Rita wants to go "paperless" years later and this still stands 😒

Load money feature is broken on the app, driver thought I was lying, and I was unable to get on the bus, causing me to be an hour late to work

Doesn't work most of the time, won't let you purchase credits for rides and often doesn't work when scanning on the buses. It literally doesn't do what it's designed for.
