I have no problem taking the bus but sometimes the bus is overwhelming and the drivers just drive right by me, and I don't like that at all especially in the rain or snow ugh.

The app is great, so convenient, and beneficial to anyone who uses this app. If you're living in Rhode Island and Rita is how you get around, you need to download this app. The app is on your phone that you take with you everywhere, so you'll always be prepared to hop on Rita. Check the Rita bus schedule and check the approximate time that the bus will be heading your way. I love it. Go get the app.

This is just a review for RIPTA customer service in general. They were very helpful on the phone today after I added a day pass to my account and then accidentally deleted the Wave card on that account, which also deleted the day pass. They were able to completely recover my virtual card and day pass within a few minutes! Nice people too.

Always errors. Ripta service is horrible unless you live in Providence. They cut service for other cities. The bus is never on time you always miss connections.

Load money feature is broken on the app, driver thought I was lying, and I was unable to get on the bus, causing me to be an hour late to work

Terrible app, continuously logs you out and every time you log back in you have to create a "new virtual card" so any money you had on the app before they logged you out is completely gone. Logged me out in the middle of a trip today and wouldn't let me log back in, so I was stranded far from home 🤦 wouldn't use this app if I didn't have to 😒

Doesn't work most of the time, won't let you purchase credits for rides and often doesn't work when scanning on the buses. It literally doesn't do what it's designed for.
