Real easy to use, no need to have to worry bout having a physical card pass. You can load money or purchase bus passes. If you are frequent bus rider I recommend the 31-day pass.

When you log out of your app and log back in it tells you to make a virtual card I have so many virtual cards with different amounts of money on it every time I try to add the other cards to another card so all the money can be on one card it does not work... also when the app is down the bus drivers will still make you pay out of pocket even if you already have used your past not all the buses scanners work you all should have kept the paper bus passes at this point

Loaded money on the virtual card but can't use it. The card won't open to scan QR code on the bus. Now I have money sitting on an app I can't use.
