Good, wish the app was more real time in Google Maps. The bus service in the twin cities has a much more interactive and Google map compatible map that shows everything in real time. Literally

They need to hire better programmers!!!! I can't move my wallet to my new phone. Many people update or change their phones. I can't use zips or bus anyway. I won't use this app or spend anymore money!

Something isn't right with this app. I live on a main artery, and it tells me I have to walk a half mile to a mile to catch a bus, when buses go by all the time. Also, you can't schedule ahead to see the time you want (I wanted to see the next day's schedule, and it only gives you a few times). Good idea, poor execution.

Unable to transfer wallet from one device to another. Called RPT 3 separate times and after playing phone tree ring-a-round, I'm just going to lose out on the 12 passes that are just in the void now I guess.
