I like being able to add funds through the app, so I don't have to do it at the DTA, and it's nice being able to scan the QR code with my phone on the bus.

Hurray! I'm so glad the dta finally joined the rest of the world. This will, honestly, make me more likely to ride the bus now that I don't have to think about if my prepaid card has expired or if I have cash.

Much more profitable to let you if there are road closures because of construction 🚧, etc. Or weather, if not running certain bus routes because of snow storms, etc.

To the future with a legit complaint; free fare til Sept 9th but can't use my 30-day pass. I want an extension on my pass by 10 days.

Cannot transfer already used 31 days passes or even unused 31 day passes and that's really inconvenient for people that get Bus passes for free every month. That's like saying for paying customers only that's something that should be fixed so once it is ill to give the app a better review...

My DTA stopped working. After months of using this app successfully, it won't let me buy tickets. I can use my card fine on eBay or gas stations (which I've done today), so it's not my card. It charges my card, says there's an error, and refunds me.
