You guys need to extend times on buses until like 11 or 12, like Broward County. The times are not convenient enough for some people that get off a lil late. The app sucks also

Palm Tran is the worst transportation system in America. Why are you issuing Paradise Passes to riders and more often than not, the passes do not scan and the bus drivers have no clue. I've called (5) times and guess what ....(5) different responses. The dumbest response was: the pass scans on some bases, but not on others. What? So you have passes that aren't working, and you can't troubleshoot to correct the flaws? Incompetence is no excuse for this system, it should be dismantled!
