VERY buggy! Needs work! I loved the idea of having an app to schedule rides. It's a shame it doesn't work properly! Scheduled trips disappear. Trip double up! Be careful using the choice PICKUP TIME or ARRIVAL TIME. Always choice Arrival time or you'll miss appointments! I'm uninstalling this app until they fix it.

App is horrible, shows arriving shortly for 45 minutes after it says arriving in 1 minute. Sometimes they arrive sometimes no show. And no way to see where driver is. Horrible if you have loved ones with memory issues.

The bus icon is RARELY synced on the map with arrival times. Another morning sitting here with app indicating "your ride arrives momentarily," and the bus icon is 30 minutes away. Palm Beach County, we can do better!! The app is more convenient than the website as to scheduling. BUT, IT NEEDS AN UPDATE.
