There isn't a day that goes by that the driver hasn't helped me, made sure I had my seat belt on and helped my up with my books. Everyone is fantastic !!!

Bare bones. Not updated in a year. But good start.
★★★★★Jennifer Scaccia· Aug 27, 2024
It is very convenient and easy to navigate. I've been using Palm Tran Connection since 2015, and this app has reduced my anxieties and made my life smoother.

VERY buggy! Needs work! I loved the idea of having an app to schedule rides. It's a shame it doesn't work properly! Scheduled trips disappear. Trip double up! Be careful using the choice PICKUP TIME or ARRIVAL TIME. Always choice Arrival time or you'll miss appointments! I'm uninstalling this app until they fix it.
★☆☆☆☆Lisa Simmons· Mar 12, 2025
App is horrible, shows arriving shortly for 45 minutes after it says arriving in 1 minute. Sometimes they arrive sometimes no show. And no way to see where driver is. Horrible if you have loved ones with memory issues.
★★☆☆☆Sarah Keith· Nov 15, 2024
The bus icon is RARELY synced on the map with arrival times. Another morning sitting here with app indicating "your ride arrives momentarily," and the bus icon is 30 minutes away. Palm Beach County, we can do better!! The app is more convenient than the website as to scheduling. BUT, IT NEEDS AN UPDATE.
