Broken ... Registration and app. First did not allow to update user profile after registering (staying on screen when hitting button with no message). App starts, but only shows Google Maps with no menu or other UI to e.g. request a ride. After clearing cache and data, user profile update worked, but app does not "find a trip between these locations" for any address combination we use (and served by PSTA access).

You have to work with this app a lot to get it to work it has bugs and problems and is incompatible with many phones and even if it's compatible if you work with it enough it should work sooner or later. Leave the app installed on your phone and every time the app downloads and installs an update work with the settings on it, and hopefully it will work to book rides sooner or later. Important to note set the app to draw over other apps to get it to work. No guarantees on that working. Thanks.

If I could, I would give it a big fat zero. The minutes shouldn't be 20 or 30 minutes long. The driver shouldn't accept a ride if the rider is not in their area. The driver shouldn't cancel if they have to go through a car line that a but thole to do.
