Horrible login process. Been trying to log in for days. And the 1-800 number asks for your card number which you can't see if you can't log in.

Logs you out, then forces you to TRY to change password, then does not allow you to change password because you need to remember the password you forgot to do that- if you remembered the password wth would you use the forgot password link???? And to get help you must call or snail mail. Frustrating cycle of trying to change your password without any success as it always asks for your current password. Then locks you out despite endless verification codes.

I went on the App to check my statement, and it forces me to go paperless. As a mailman, I refuse to go paperless and now I can't even see my own statement???? I am about to cancel this card as its only caused me headaches since I got it. Allow me to see my statement on the app and have THE CHOICE to go paperless. Don't force people to do things they don't want to do!

You open up the triangle app and on the very first screen there's no place to do a search for what you're actually shopping for. You got to look at Flyers and all the rest of the stuff they're trying to paddle your way. It's very frustrating....

Start up the app for the first time, and it asks "do you live in Quebec". No, I do not. It responds, "No internet connection". Ok, so I say I live in Quebec. Go to my local store, not in Quebec, open the app and it crashes repeatedly. Clear cache. Nope. Clear data. Nope. Uninstall and re-install. So far so good, but a frustrating app experience.
