Terrible app. The only offers ever available are lacrosse gear and car heaters. The app no longer gives any of the useful offers. Swap offers are always unavailable. There is no more good deals using Triangle Rewards.

2 weeks in a row same 2 offers to activate. No swaps available for two weeks too, program supposed to offer 3 swaps weeks. Called last week and CSR said it's "Normal." Had to correct her to say that it's an ongoing issue and not "normal." It's a reported bug by me and others multiple times that still hasn't been fixed. Clicking leave feedback in the app, gives an error message. Phone CSR has no tools to reset offers or swaps, making it pointless to call and doesn't encourage one to go shopping

I honestly never know what I owe. There are 5 balances on the same screen remaining balance minimum balance statement balance pending balance current balance they all have different values, I end up over paying and underpaying I have no fken clue what I'm actually owing. it's a terrible way to organize, I hate it.
