I used Trip Assist solely for its (EWD) feature and, unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. Support and communication were virtually non-existent. I often had to send multiple emails just to get one issue addressed. There was no transparency around features or pricing. I was charged $82 per month even though I wasn’t using any features beyond EWD. Only after I’d been charged for two months did I learn that certain features could be disabled. MY ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM TRIP ASSIST
