Good bank. Not so good app. I tried giving a second chance, but I often can't log in, fingerprint doesn't work, and it won't save log in details. Will update if something changes.

The app is useless. The last two days, it says Invalid User ID/Password even though I can log in to the website. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and get the same result.

Their website is awful; the app is awful. I wanted a local bank, but I can't deal with the outdated, user-friendly apps. Capital One has me spoiled. Edit - 12/27/21. Still awful. Still the same problems. It rejects my correct username and password, so I am unable to log in. Tristan needs to overhaul the app and their website. Truly dreadful customer experience. Edit - 5/26/22. Same issues. Went to bank and closed account.
