Authentication required error comes up when I start the app way too often. So I can't even login without uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Then I have to go through the setup process every time. Also on the desktop website I can transfer to other fcbt accounts that are not my own. But those accounts do not show up on the mobile app.

One day I tried to get on, and it said that the app version was no longer compatible with my device and that it required an update yet no update was available. I deleted the app hoping reinstalling would fix it, but it won't let me download the app and says that it's not compatible with my device which makes no sense. So now if I need to do an emergency transfer or something when I'm out I can't do it on my phone. This is actually so important to me that I'm thinking about changing Banks.

This app is horrible!!! I don't understand how A Bank can not get an app for their Customers that actually works!!! I've never had a banking app this glitchy in my life. If either get an "authentication error" or "server down" error message. Which then FORCES me to login through the browser, extremely inconvenient and time-consuming for a "simple" balance check!!!
