First of all, I love the bank. I got my first account with them, and they've always been friendly and helpful. The app is easy to use and the only change I would like to see is an option to use a fingerprint scanner to log in.

I've been banking with First Option Bank for almost 3 years, and I have never had a bad experience. When I go into the bank, everyone in there is as friendly as can be. By far, the best banking experience I've ever had. Thank you, First Option Bank.

I wish I had a different option. Not user-friendly, if you want to log in from a different device forget it, you can't unless you have your phone with you to verify you. If I had my phone with me, I'd just log in on my phone. I hate the layout also upper right continue button for everything, upper right is not intuitive, nobody uses upper right.

Very glitchy and unstable. I signed up, put my info in and set it it to sign on with a fingerprint. It will not save, so I have to use username/password and wait for an auto text, reenroll my phone number. This has happened 5 times in 2 weeks. Skip the app and sign on from the webpage. The app is useless. Let me be clear. This is only about the app. The bank and the people there are great but the online interface is broken.
