Great easy to use banking app. Great, bold icons that are easy to find. I love being able to check my balance while out and about. Also, save me time from having to logging in to a computer or get to a bank location.

I like being able to get to my bank account without having to call and know what I need to know. What I don't like is having to change my password every so often and if I need to transfer money from my account to my daughter's account I have to call to do that. I'd like to be able to do that online too or if you can already do it explain how to do it.

Progressively gets worse. Finally, get the fingerprint recognition for it to work for maybe a few months. (I made fun of my husband thinking he just wasn't using it correctly for mine to stop working a week later.) This app is seriously the WORST banking app our family uses, and we wouldn't be with FFB if our branch wasn't so close to us, and we loved those who work there. I give it two stars instead of one for how easy it is on the eyes once you're finally in. Clean, attractive, simple.

Frustrating to use. Forgets my device at least 2 times a week forcing me to re-enroll. Fingerprint scanner will work for a day or two then go back to forcing me to use username and password. When able to log on, the app itself has limited functionality compared to other banking apps I have used. Really needs to be fixed and improved on.
