The fingerprint sign on doesn’t always work

The login system is incredibly clunky. Having biometrics is only useful if you don't have to end up using your password almost every time anyway. This alone makes this the worst banking app I've ever used. Only reason it's not getting 1 star is that it does everything else pretty decent, but I'm frustrated with the login almost every time I open the damn app.

I'm having major issues with my application. It keeps telling me the version of the app is not compatible with the server. It won't let me update the app tho to check my balance.

Constantly going down, freezing up and doesn't work have to uninstall and reinstall, fingerprint doesn't work have the time. Worst banking app ever but been with the bank for 25 yrs
