Susan and I opened a premier savings account. I called and talked to Erica Little, and she set up our savings account! Very friendly and helpful. Also, Justin Eliza and the rest of the bank. We have had no issues with the app. We highly recommend this bank for your banking needs! We are from Oklahoma, and we love this Arkansas bank. Great people, Great service, Great bank!! Absolutely hate this mobile banking app. Can't log in. Can't do anything online on the website. Why can't I be verified? Ridiculous that I now have to go back in the bank to reset this whole thing. I don't have time to verify every time I update my phone and the app. My available deposit dates given for checks deposited is never correct. What use is a bank that is in no way able to be verified to connect to any of my other accounts. I went to this bank because I love the virtual teller.

Edit 05/24/2023 Almost every other time I try to log in I will get an error message, and I have re-enroll in the online banking. It will ask for my phone number even though I was just sent a code with the very same phone number. It is especially annoying when I have fingerprint signon turned on, and it won't let me use it. Worked fine til the newest update. Now it will not recognize my username or password. Keeps locking me out, and I have to call to unlock account.
