When I opened my account and first set up the app it was very difficult. It would not take my information. I had to go to the bank and the wonderful Ms. Nyla set it up for me. Since then, I have had no issues. I like the app, just wish it gave a running total with each transaction.

Horrible app! It never saves my username, so I have to log in every time like I'm a new user. App won't let me use my fingerprint and says authentication required. After logging in they have to send me a security code to my phone to verify it's me, so I can finish logging in. Then I have to put my phone number in to enroll in mobile banking. I have to do all of these steps every time just to look at my account! I'm about to switch banks over this ridiculous app.

Can Never log in to the app. Every time I have to rest my password. And every time I reset the password it wants me to give thim the full binking account number, 95% of the time that I need to use this app, I'm out in the car doing stuff in town. Who the hell remembers the full banking account number off the top of their head? The only reason I give this app 2 stars instead of one is because I like the bank itself.
