The apps premium features didn't work. I wasn't able to add images to the trivia questions. The background customization features didn't work. It is a scam. The subscription is advertised as $18.99. I was charged $28.99 for an app that doesn't work.

They ask you to pay for an unfinished app. The app is glitchy, has bugs and is unable to run a simple 4 question quiz. It allows you to make your own quiz but for anyone to join it requires you to sign up for their "premium" plan. You'd have better luck making your own app or just using one of the many free quiz creation websites.
