★★★★★ We save several pounds on every shop with Nectar prices. We always let our Nectar points build up and spend them on our Christmas shop.

★★★★★ The personalized offers are fantastic and really save money. Some you can use umpteen times.

★★☆☆☆ All I wanted was to be able to add points to my wife's nectar card by presenting the bar code at store checkout, and we decided that the easiest way to do that was to install the app on my phone. The experience has been frustrating as the scan code only appears if the phone has network signal which it never does in my local Sainsbury's. I tried to screenshot the main screen but guess what? Taking screenshots isn't allowed by the app. Unbelievably poor experience.

★★☆☆☆ Awful! Updated it and absolutely nothing works! Can't even see my card! "Something went wrong" comes up whatever you click on, there is absolutely nothing in my account, not even my name, again, getting the same error when trying to access it. Logged out of the app, unable to log back in, all I get is a blank page! On the website everything is fine, which means the app is a mess! Get a grip Sainsbury's! What moron authorized the release of this shambles of an app???
