I had to download the app onto a new phone, and now I can't log back in. the register a new account page opens fine, but clicking the login button just brings up a loading page that never loads. Problem for two days, deleted and reinstalled the app, but still the same problem. Edit: I have found a workaround, where I click "register new account" and click through until it allows me to select "home"... very strange. Terrible app. Edit 2: this bug now seems to be fixed!

UPDATE: All fixed, now I have a Nectar Card. Apparently my email address was too similar to another account holder, so I used a different one. Customer service were very helpful. Can't even sign up for a Nectar Card. I go through all the stages to be told at the final one that Nectar are having a problem and to try again later. That should have been said at the very start of the process.

Hey Nectar, you broke login. Redirects to Sainsbury's website to log in. I reset my password today; I know it's the correct email as I have mails from both Nectar and Sainsbury's from 2024, the last time I used either (except with eBay which this week ended It's link with Nectar). The email/password combo that worked on the website right after I reset is in the app, email unrecognized. Yet the app still lets me log in with my phone's biometrics - but then goes blank, black screen. Waste of space.

Won't let me log in. tells me to validate with email sends me a code says I'm logged in the says it doesn't recognize my email address. Wouldn't recommend app. I can still use my nectar card and still get my points but app is rubbish
