Brilliant app at the beginning, while on your trial period, but from that period on 'once you pay the yearly amount '€50' the application constantly crashes, then goes through a period of not updating for days! I then wrote to them, looking for help, after explaining the situation, and they didn't even have the decency to respond to my emails! 9 days, and still no response, shocking service 🙄 Save your money, and stick to your own cars' application!

Seems like scam. I've been asked to provide Škoda ID, but it is not the Škoda I'd interface. I feel this app is collecting emails and passwords!

This app is for Tesla ONLY. The description says it supports many EV manufacturers, but it only supports Tesla which you only find out after you sign up. Every other app I have used supports all EV brands in the US. Saying you are only legally allowed to support Tesla is nonsense.

For the money I'm paying I'd at least expect an export function. Also, because Trinity's slogan is "Your car, your data". Paying for quite some months already only to find out my data is behind another paywall.

Hot mess in terms of software quality. Purchased a Professional subscription until May next year. Then switched the renewal to Premium from May 2025 onward as a safety measure for subscription management. It charged me once for Professional (May 2024 - May 2025) once for Premium (May 2025 - May 2026, presumably) and now in 2024 won't deliver Professional options. For that I need to buy a THIRD subscription at Professional level. Worrisome sign for app quality and security.
