Pretty alright. Prefer it to Bits as a fast, if obviously sort of costly, on ramp. Fees are baked into the exchange rate and aren't cheap. Their promotions have a lot of gotchas, and they suddenly change the terms and conditions, so watch out (the TruBit card no longer offers any cashback, for example, after gimping it by only giving it out when using cryptocurrencies to pay, when, initially, you could also pay using stablecoins and get cashback). The card works perfectly, though.

Very bloated and cumbersome app. Not user-friendly at all and after you figure it out by jumping through a lot of hoops, it asks you for a password from your email that expires in 15 minutes. However, the email doesn't come for about an hour, so it's already expired. I just want to get my money out of this Trubit account and put it in another wallet because of this fiasco. It seems they are trying to peddle their own cryptocurrency, called Trubit and have contrived their app to buy into it.

They are scammers after I contact agent to help me cause my payment stuck, and after it goes thro they ban my acc, and they took all money, be careful they after that won't reply or nothing I just lost my money or this trash app and stupid scammers agents.!!! , don't download this scam app.!?!

Honestly I was excited to download the app since the Crypto card picked my interest, oh boy how disappointed I was when upon opening the app I saw that you are supposed to join a "waiting list" to be able to access the card feature, it was advised that you can deposit $ into the app to boost your position in the queue, if you do so it's all good slowly your position will improve, but the moment you stop sending money, you are stuck on the same position on queue and will even begin going down.
