I purchased this device 2023 on Amazon. At that time to still now so many problems with this camera... color change problem 3 times sent to service. After one month same problem occurred. No support will be given. No customer care lift the calls. I am put so many grievances to customer support portal. Nobody solves my query. I purchase cloud recording for 1 year package 1000/-. That time onwards the recording video not playable still now. I am vexed about this company.

I would like to suggest that you start providing a UPI payment option for recharge. Currently, it is difficult for many users to make payments without UPI.
