I have been using this product since last 2 month... And my experience was good but only for 20 days... And after that it is showing network error and login issue. We are not able to view the recordings since then. After a lot of follow up they change the cctv and provided new one... But still we are facing issue... Really bad experience. Will not recommend this cctv 360° true view to anyone... Totally waste of money. Pathetic customer support and everything...

Good application but still more options are required in settings. Quality of audio is not clear. No loudness, No playback speed on sd card, provide picture in picture option it will help to see in smartphones.

So dam difficult to connect. Not able to connect. Instructions on the paper are not legible. No YouTube video for this dome camera either for installation. I connected it to the Wi-Fi. But every time I scan the product QR code, it says couldn't connect!
