With the Service App TRUMPF now offers a practical alternative to the hotline of the Technical Service. Whether it comes to a technical problem, a spare part or a question for maintenance: in five easy steps, you create a service case. Simply select the affected machine and the message cause, add a description and photos and name a contact person for TRUMPF. Already, you can send the case around the clock to TRUMPF.

You can then track the current processing status of your case in the app. Even more transparency ensures that all users of a company have access to the information.

In order to use the app a free account for our customer portal MyTRUMPF is necessary. You can easily register for MyTRUMPF in the app after downloading it.

If you are having trouble with you laser this is a must-have app. No need to wait on the line. Just set a case letting them know what is going on, and they will call you back.

We had our machine go down and even though it was an older machine (2008) and is no longer being produced, the support team was very quick to respond and get back with me, so we could get back up and running. The UI is extremely easy to use and set up in a very intuitive and straight forward way. If you have a Trump product I highly recommend you get this application.

Lately I have been getting all sorts of errors when using the app. Its frustrating because I fill out the fields, and then it claims there's been an error and ALL the information I've typed in is erased.

Absolutely horrendous app! Extremely slow to open...if it ever opens. Have current updates, superfast Wi-Fi...still so slow it is unbearable.
