This new version is a great improvement on the first version... Everything is easier, I can make transfers to other banks with reasonable charges, know my balance without going to the bank or ATM. I hope they can maintain it, their customer service also seems to have improved, the guy helped me with the setup and followed up on the app registration issues I had till it was all resolved.

What an excellent app. I found it very useful. I have been all the way in Australia. Furthermore, I can be in charge of my finances, instead of trusting unreliable family members that don't have my best interest at heart. There is room for information. If one could make a direct transfer without a third party involved using MoneyGram or similar services. Please add investment options or look at option like fix terms deposit. 5- 10% return will be nice on fix term deposit. Give something back plz

This is one of the app. I was waiting for. I started using the old version and had a problem. Then my bank branch manager directed me to download this latest version. Everything is going good but whenever I need it in urgency it will give me errors. From last 4 to 5 days it is giving me “Chain Validation failed”. I have called the respective department on 4225291. The man listened attentively to my problem and replied that they will get back to me soon. That soon has not yet come even after 3 D
