Initially had some issues verifying passport chip on the app but solved this by removing the protective case the phone was in, so it could read it properly. Once I'd done that, I had no issues.

Just when you think you're getting somewhere OOPS another error. Firstly, I don't think they ever explain that you need to use Google Chrome first. So when I managed to the chip scan stage it says I'm uploading the wrong document even though it's literally my passport and I had selected passport. It is sheer negligence on the part of the legislative structures which allowed this terrible service to be legally used. I would develop a better app after a lobotomy.

Would give it negatives if I could. Couldn't scan the chip in my passport. The app then closed itself, and upon opening it again I couldn't resume my upload, so I now have to contact the people who asked me to upload the documents in the first place. Terrible. This app has one function, and it fails miserably at it.

Utter rubbish. I would give zero stars if it were possible. Couldn't get past the taking photo of ID stage because apparently the memory was 'too low to complete the operation', despite having 5 GB of available memory.
