It always shows to turn off accessibility ttb mobile bank. Even though I did it, can't work very well, disappointed!

Discriminate against people with disabilities. Accessibility function is there for a reason and this app doesn't allow people with poor eyesight to use accessibility function. I will not use this app and is now forced to do all my transaction at the physical bank. If I could give 0 star I would. I have sent a complaint to the bank before and received no reply. 0 customer service.

As a foreign worker, I recently had to go through the process of re-registering my facial scan and other personal data as requested by the bank. I fully complied with this request, only to discover that my account now has a daily withdrawal or transfer limit of only 5,000 THB.
