Worst service, The charges are ₹240 per foot per curtain, which is very expensive as compare to other service provider which are charge ₹90. After the curtain came from dry cleaning they are smelling bad. They have just washed curtain with plain water with no soap, and they have Ironed it and gave back to me. Don't get into the scheme of 20% discount as it is for fooling you. They also charge for Hooking and unhooking the curtains which is ₹200 per curtain. And don't forget the delivery charges

I have given dry-clean, but they did not clean properly the service center is not responding correctly don't give dress if photo uploading option is there means I will upload it but no option is there. (for the delivery and picking there is no problem with them conversation is good)

Pathetic customer care. Multiple calls and no update on delivery. They disconnect the call. They say they will call back and do not call. Never using them again. Store is not reachable by me or their own team. Their customer care is horrible.
