I made an account, then tried to log in, but it doesn't recognize my username and password, so I tried to reset my password and an email was supposed to be sent to my email, but I haven't received the email yet. Very frustrating!

Not enough info about app is given. Please clarify definition, usage, requirements, process, and data sharing for each of the two options: hist vs vendor. How does app usage differ between the two (perhaps I'm both, or perhaps or matters which of the two I sign up as because of site sharing or other reasons.) APP OWNER DOES NOT ALLOW DELETION OF DATA. So while you sign up BLINDLY, once you do, owner OWNS ALL INFO YOU JUST SENT THEN, with NO OPTION to delete it. No idea how they are using info.
