As a tutor for Wyzant, it is a convenient method to submit hours and message clients. The calendar is helpful as well to keep track of lessons.

Mostly functional. Occasionally, I'll have two students message me at once, and the alert is gone when I open the app to look at the first one. Also, multiple students have had messages not show up when they looked later, and I didn't receive them. It's not frequent, but it's nowhere close to as rare as it should be.

Like a prior reviewer said, most of the time now the app version struggles to load the messages screen, and I haven't received mobile notifications for chats in over a year. I shouldn't have to rely on the email app on my phone to get notified every time a student messages me, as that means I'll have to spend more time deleting those emails later. I tried whitelisting Wyzant on my VPN app (Mullvad), turning off my private DNS, and it still wasn't able to load the messages screen.

I can't get messages from students and get work because this app and the website are broken. It will say I have a student waiting in a notification but not show it to me. I literally cannot respond to them on this app or the website. And they are dragging down my response time because of it.
