This app is all that you need to learn French. There you will find lots of exercises adequate to your level and the videos have transcriptions which is excellent for listening practice. What I do for a more effective learning is, after watching the videos, I repeat what was said with my own words and try to read something short about it. It's working really well.

When gamified apps like Duolingo won't take you the entire way, TV5Monde gives you a much richer experience of the French language by providing real world stories and vocabulary you might not find in textbooks. There's even some features to help you pass the TCF. Quand j'ai besoin de pratiquer pour améliorer mon français, je troupe que cet appli est element indispensable!

I am trying to make an account, and it won't let me make a password. I don't know what it wants for a punctuation character, I tried @#$&(+, ;/! And apparently none of these are valid for punctuation. I have no earthly idea what the heck DOES count, if none of this does.

Horrible redesign. I immediately missed the old one. So sad to see some folks thought this is a better direction. I wish I could learn French before. (seriously... ibm font with plain white background and low quality sans-serif and... yellow ‽)
