This app is great for immersing yourself in real French news stories and other media to help with listening and reading skills and building vocabulary. You can choose different subjects that you're interested in and different levels of complexity.

The interface of all the things you can do is a little complicated for me, it takes some getting used to. The lessons are great, though. Worth the time to learn to navigate the app. You get video and audio of French speakers and translations of everything anytime you want so you can read what they are saying and then go back and understand what they are saying even better. That is so critical in learning a new language.

Horrible redesign. I immediately missed the old one. So sad to see some folks thought this is a better direction. I wish I could learn French before. (seriously... ibm font with plain white background and low quality sans-serif and... yellow ‽)

I am trying to make an account, and it won't let me make a password. I don't know what it wants for a punctuation character, I tried @#$&(+, ;/! And apparently none of these are valid for punctuation. I have no earthly idea what the heck DOES count, if none of this does.
