Love TVSN. Prices are always good and mostly cheaper than anywhere else. Being able to pay of monthly is excellent and 30 day to try out what you have bought. Post also excellent. I have always been very happy with TVSN.

The original app was easy to navigate. I could get where I wanted to be quickly and easily. Since buying a new ph I had to reinstall TVSN app and ended up with an updated app. This is terrible. Originally once I learned its system I could get where I wanted to be even thoug it was a little cumbersome. This morning (and last night) I could no longer navigate. The app must have been updated again, and now I can't check my orders, my details, or browse comprehensively. This may stop my shoppe

If this app was created to replace the old one, it's a flop. It doesn't have the same features. It's impersonal. Trying to find anything is frustrating. It's confusing, and useless. I've deleted this app. I would have preferred the old app to have been left alone.

I would give this app zero if I could. Absolutely shocking app. Impossible to navigate. The original app was clear, easy to view and to navigate. TVSN have lost me.
