"Type Machine is the best method I know of for saving what I have typed unless I have accidently erased something that was not in the last save by Type Machine. Therefore, Type Machine's action of saving text & deletions of text should be on sufficient time delay (or otherwise be changed) so that a save can be triggered by any deletion of text & such save be executed before the deletion is executed on saved text." The above 6+ month old post is still very valid but apparently has been ignored.

This is the best app on my phone. You spend a half hour crafting an email or text and the phone runs out of battery, or you accidentally switch away from the app. Type Machine remembers everything you're ever typed.

Scratch that. Android11 kills it. Shame. Dev, please try to fix? With Clipper, it makes the perfect set of tools for writing on a tablet. One suggestion: Why do I need to tap an item in the list and then tap on the next screen to copy it? Why not make it tap to copy, long press to go to next screen?

Edited 10/29/20: I wish I could give these ZERO stars. It doesn't record ANYTHING at all anymore! Literally nothing. I used this app SO much when it worked. Uninstalling now, bc what's the point? Used to work, now seems to pick and choose what it logs and what it doesn't. I'm not sure what changed, but it's just not reliable in logging everything anymore.

I've been using Rojekti Type Machine since February 2025 & suddenly all my entries are gone. My pixel 8 didn't crash but even if it did this app is supposed to be crash proofed. I constantly run low on data cuz system files but that should only affect new entries. Not sure if this is a post restart glitch, but I need official developer assistance now!!! I purposely disabled scheduled delete. Finally, I know I did NOT manually or even mistakenly delete any large swathe of type entries. HELP ME NOW!
