Description
The purpose of this application is to record text changes (keystrokes) in text input fields in order to recover them later if they were accidentally deleted. The recorded text is being stored on the device in a secure and private folder which is accessible only by the application. The data will not be transferred or shared with other applications or out of the device without the explicit intention of the user.
Accessibility Service «Typing Logger» must be activated manually so that this application can work properly. Using Accessibility Service allows the application to record text changes in text input fields. Excluded from recording are passwords and text in sensitive applications.

Really good and does what it should, but if you want to see the latest log you must scroll to the end and if you type too much, it's nearly impossible... would be nice to be able to see the most recent logs at the top instead of the bottom

Pro 1. 100% Free! 2. Easy to set up. 3. Captures across almost all applications. Cons 1. Does not capture efficiently (for example, this four-word sentence shows 6 rows in KeyLogger). 2. Limited rows captured: Stops capturing after maybe 300 rows. When a day reaches the row limit, it spills into the next day (this last part seems like a bug).

Great app, but I really wanted to use it to analyze how much I type every day. Unfortunately, I can't do that, because it keeps capturing large sections of my text and repeating them whenever I make a mistake, instead of actually just capturing keystrokes. So, that does make it ideal for its intended purpose of helping you never lose anything you type, but I can't use it for what I was hoping to use it for. But still giving 5 stars for an awesome product.

This is the greatest app that does exactly what you need it to: save what you typed, especially if it gets lost or deleted. There's another app out there that somewhat do the similar job, like "Type Keeper," but it sucks and wants you to pay an expensive membership just to do what this app does for free. The user interface is definitely not pretty on here, but it does its job well and will keep track of everything you typed or copied, in case it gets lost or erased. I recommend it!

Wish this app wouldn't repeat the same text countless times with the addition of one word per line. Why not fix that so each line shows one bit of info. also-many messages that should be logged are logged under "message" without the info the app says it's recording also, the app should be able to be renamed !! What's the point of having a type logger if it's visible in the app folder? Also, each section should clearly state the app the info is coming from and the entire typed message one time

No idea why, but it suddenly stopped working past June 8th, this morning & day's writing as well as June 9th at all are entirely missing. Also, it had been cutting off parts of day's in the morning or evening at least for a whole week long before. It's unfortunate, but this great free app is dead & useless if this isn't fixed... (EDIT: No fix, no updates from dev, it's been a week. Is this app now broken abandonware?)

Constantly resets at the WORST time, when you need it to be enabled, and you have to re-enable it after the fact, which does no good for retrieving any sentences. I don't get it, why does it do this every single time I go to use it? Total fail. What good is this app? I don't really know.
