The free trial was good. I could access all the channels of my interest. But after purchasing a subscription plan I wasn't able to log in and access the channels. Customer service hasn't resolved the issue. There's no number to call. I've requested for a refund. What a headache.

Every time you complain about the connection issues, you get the standard "We have escalated..." the response and then nothing. We've had the same issue for 6 months. Stopped counting but over 50 channels will not load. Rebooting the Wi-Fi and TVs daily, to no avail. We will not be renewing again.

Very poor. Got the free trial and did not even get yo use it for the full 24 hours of free TV. Will not purchase it.
