⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Renting a truck can be stressful, but the U-Haul app makes the process surprisingly simple. Reserving a truck, checking in, and managing the rental are all straightforward, and having everything in one place saves time. The self-pickup feature is especially convenient when you're on a schedule. A few screens could load a little faster, but overall it's a reliable app that makes moving a lot less complicated.

1-800 U-Haul has a severe disconnect from the local branch. Yes, order online but then call your local pickup location and confirm because it's messed up otherwise.

It was so but hard for me to be able to find an haul near me because I couldn't rent an haul that I reserved because I gave my cousin as a reference, and she owes money to haul I guess, so I had to cancel the reservation, and I tried to get a nother reservation for the same truck, and it was saying on the app that no truck was available at the location, and we were standing there looking at the truck:)

Absolutely useless. Wouldn't stop asking us for contact information (to verify that I'm a real person?) and never called those people "to verify". We wasted 30 mins of our reservation before calling a very helpful CS rep that had to force the verification through. Later when the app was asking for photos of the van, I took all of them, and then it somehow deleted everything I'd entered and asked me to start over. What's the point of the app if I have to call CS anyway to get things to work right?

Absolutely terrible company First I had an appointment to pick up a truck. Well the day comes, and I call over to the location and the Guy tells me he doesn't have the truck I'm supposed to be picking up. So I call haul, and they act like it happens all the time. They tell me they found another place that actually had one, but it was about 18 miles away. I needed the truck immediately, so I got an Uber to take me to the location. After the move there were no Ubers available, and I had to walk home

The app is down right terrible. I returned a truck using the mobile return but the app didn't save my submission - now they want to charge me for the "overdue rental" that I returned before it was even due back. Horrible app.

I left 2 Chromebook computer's in the U-Haul, reached out to customer service got NO response, only to find out the truck is now in Texas and I would probably never get them back, if they were found!? But when I ask them to pls let me know if they were found and told them where they were in the U-Haul NEVER got a response since!
