Add mobile phone number failed because it can't send SMS to phone number other than Mongolian mobile number.

Bad user interface, have to use workaround to connect foreign cards, drivers seem to prefer cash in the end -- canceling in the middle of the ride to force the issue which kind of defeats the whole purpose of a ride-sharing app.

Credit card payment works poorly, I charged the app with 20 k mnt, but they didn't arrive (but were booked from my card). On a separate occasion I tried to pay a driver with credit card, didn't work and payment page was stuck, so I couldn't retry. Ended up paying him via transfer to his bank account, and even after he cleared the payment, the app still marked it as unpayed, and I could no longer use the app.

This place is incredibly irresponsible. While drivers can make mistakes, the company exacerbates the problem by failing to take any action. I left my bag and some personal documents in one of their cabs and have received no assistance in retrieving them. Moreover, I read multiple posts on Reddit and Facebook about incidents of sexual harassment involving their drivers, yet the company continues to protect them. This level of negligence is unacceptable.

The payment section runs into bugs often, resulting in users having to pay the same invoice, and seek refunds, or become completely unable to hail another ride for few days (because customer service is slow) because the already paid invoice is still "unpaid". Unreliable if you are a frequent user.
