There is a showstopper on my Uber procard. I can't access the dashboard because the security question set up would not go through. Help desk very clueless, unable to solve issues for 3 days. I was told I can withdraw money from an exchange ATM that Uber partner free for free, but was charged 3.25 CAD. I am full of regret opting for the Uber procard.

I made a payment this morning to the Merchant, but it got declined. Before that, I had already made a payment of $30. Then I called customer service, and they told me that for this merchant, I can only make payments under $200. This is why I was very frustrated, because I want to make regular payments to this merchant. So, my request is that you remove this limit, so I can make payments of 300, 500, or 1000, as much as I need. I did have money in my Uber card. I am very upset.
