I can't access to finish the sign-up for the card. I got the card in the mail but can't finish sign up. On the Pro Card app, I click Get Started, etc., and it opens browser and keep getting Sign Up failed. Both Branch and Uber support said it's the other's tech issue, and they have it on file about the issue. That was over a month ago. Please help, Thanks! Give 3 stars because Uber Support 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟... Branch Support.is great top, just wish they can set up my account, so I can log in on the app

[update: this card could partner with Capital One bank instead of branch bank, bc Capital One checking 360 has belle and no overdraft fees or monthly maintenance fee] I tried moving funds instantly to a Discover debit card, and it won't allow me. It says it needs to be a Visa or MasterCard. My Belle is on my Capital One checking account and the card is a Discovery.

I can not add a bank account or debit card to transfer the Uber money earned off of the Uber card! Plaid tells me the account has been added and connected, the private app refuses to acknowledge the account is there! The only way to access MY MONEY is to spend it off their card, can't pay bills with it.super irritating

Was supposed to get 8% cashback on a fuel purchase on the final day of the promotional period. But the bank kept my cashback money and refused to pay it out because the transaction settled a few hours later on the first day of the next month. Wasted 30 mins talking to customer service agents on the app just for them to refuse to give me a few extra dollars in cashback. I provided screenshots of the fuel transaction stating 8% cashback before expiration. They kept my $. Seems like fraud to me.
