I love my Uber Pro Card! I am able to get paid immediately after a trip, and I have had no problems whatsoever using my card anywhere I needvto use it. Also, I do get cash back on things I need in order to continue working regularly. This has been a wonderful addition to make my life a little easier. Heather Smith

[update: this card could partner with Capital One bank instead of branch bank, bc Capital One checking 360 has belle and no overdraft fees or monthly maintenance fee] I tried moving funds instantly to a Discover debit card, and it won't allow me. It says it needs to be a Visa or MasterCard. My Belle is on my Capital One checking account and the card is a Discovery.

Unreliable bank I used their atm card at citizen bank since February 19, 2026, citizen that not dispense citizen said the $400 had been sent back to my uber bank, but I did not get the money back 😐 after I made several of calls

Was supposed to get 8% cashback on a fuel purchase on the final day of the promotional period. But the bank kept my cashback money and refused to pay it out because the transaction settled a few hours later on the first day of the next month. Wasted 30 mins talking to customer service agents on the app just for them to refuse to give me a few extra dollars in cashback. I provided screenshots of the fuel transaction stating 8% cashback before expiration. They kept my $. Seems like fraud to me.

Account is locked, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Uber pro card app automatically locked my account, and I contacted Uber for support, but they cannot help me because this banking company has a team that is solely for validating and confirming customers. Now that team only works Monday through Fridays and is only available through emails and cannot be spoken to. I have contacted supervisors and everyone is telling me that there's nothing that they can do.
