UCO e-Sahayak is the Bank’s official mobile application designed to simplify, digitize, and streamline general-purpose operational activities for staff.
The application serves as a single, integrated platform to support day-to-day functions, thereby enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and overall ease of working.
The e-Darpan module enables staff to upload real-time, geo-tagged photographs of branch premises for effective monitoring and documentation.
An in-built calculator is provided to facilitate quick and accurate financial as well as operational calculations.
The PSVR module supports PSVR-1, PSVR-2, and PSVR-4, enabling the generation of real-time inspection and verification reports.
The ATM Visit Report module allows staff to capture visit details along with geo-tagged photographs and generate structured inspection reports.
The Branch Visit Report module facilitates systematic recording of branch inspections with photographic evidence and comprehensive reporting.
The Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) module supports compliance-related activities and assists in effective risk assessment.
The CKYC Document Upload feature enables secure and seamless uploading of customer KYC documents through the mobile application.
Recent changes: Gold image capture module used by bank staff to capture, compress, and upload photos of gold loan assets embedded with a tamper-proof GPS and employee watermark for verification.

Application is very good, but there should be more features. It is missing STATEMENT OF MEANS generation facility, SG NPA List generation, etc. Please add these features also.

Entering OTP every time while login process should be replaced with Biometric. Other operational data of daily use should be integrated in one app to enhance the ease and efficacy. After uploading 2-3 images in the DARPA section of the app, the user is getting logout before adding further images and final submission.

Very slow software log in error every time when try to log in why is this so how to upload CKY if the app is not working please check the app what's going on with this app
