Very poor service Jayapura Branch and Ut tam Nagar branch are the most bear,they always free as per the other banks, yet they do not support customers they do gossip with their managers but do not work, either they say server down neither they say go to the main branch therefore they have the authority to do the same 👎👎👎👎 I am totally unsatisfied with this bank

App is not working, when I open app show application will not run on debug mode, last 4 to 5 months it's showing, I can't check my passbook transaction history. Please fix this.

It doesn't update the transactions at all, so it's of no use. Last time I Uninstaller and again installed. The transactions and balance was updated. After that lot of transactions have taken place but not a single entry has appeared.
