This app is great for tracking my kids progress, however it needs an update every 2nd week, and It is not an easy process. Please help

1. Keeps crashing and always ends up restarting my phone. 2. No option to download school reports out of the App i.e. cannot save to phone or share externally. 3. Too basic as it doesn't give much information or reporting. You almost always have to end up logging into Guardians Portal. So what is the purpose of the App when you would rather just skip it and log onto the portal instead of wasting time on an app that still redirects you to the portal?
