Just awful, they never honored the $25 visa card that was promised when signing up. I get 20+ emails DAILY! DAILY! And each is a notification that my account has been accessed and log in successful. I think it's plaid doing it, but it's not me, their own representatives have nothing to offer as explanation. That's if they ever bother replying to you, I couldn't use this Credit Union account to receive direct deposit because Plaid won't link up, not just me same thing with bf and no help live

This bank is a scamming, trash bank, if u'r looking for a good customer quality credit union bank this is DEFF not it....soon as I'm done paying off my truck I'm out of there...complet TRASH

App is unusable for the last week. I click on the app to open it, and it remains stuck on first page saying "LOADING" and it NEVER LOADS. THIS RENDERS THE APP USELESS AND UNABLE TO USE FOR ANYTHING. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!
