Over $400 missing in my account...noticed new balance had not changed having put money in...called & said something is not adding up...need copy of my transaction history. All of a sudden, most of my money was put back into my account & copy of my transaction history was posted early after I was told to wait until the following month. They were stealing my money. Ppl watch your acct closely & keep note on everything that you do. I dnt trust ufcu & I dnt recommend any1 to do business with them.

Sigh. This app is so slooow to load, and typically doesn't load my transactions the first time. Yes, I have the most updated everything, and the app is just not good. It isn't possible to use Belle in the app on my phone only; I have to use my laptop to get the email for the Belle verification code because if I go to my email on my phone, it freezes the Belle payment and just goes back to the main page. I wish there were more reviews, I'm sure other ppl have these issues.

Due to changes made surrounding an update on 1/15/2026, this app is "no longer compatible" with my device. Ugh.
