They are very nice, somehow I keep replacing my card I go get another they don't say anything, but smile and give me another. I bank at the Iva location. They are so sweet. I love those girls. Alao the man in the room that they sent me to was very polite and showed and explained to me my account. He greeted politely with eye contact and shook my hand. He even asked me how my day was going? I love everybody there. Even the security guard is nice and smiles when I come there Every time.😇 I LOVE UFCU

Security breach waiting to happen. Do not feel safe with this new system. I think this credit union about to lose some customers.

How did you manage to make things worse. This bank update is God awful. No one can be reached over the phone either. The mobile banking doesn't even show transactions before February 3rd. I can't view past loan payments made or anything.

The App layout is way worse than the previous it's like they went back in time.Also, they took away Belle now it has person to person that takes over a day to send money if it is accepted, it's a big hassle. 👎🏻
