Super fabulous plants with wonderful price. I received plants in awesome condition and awesome size in awesome price. I have tried buying online plants from some other stores also but the price, quality, size of ugaoo plants is unbelievable. The pot they give, the packaging everything is fantastic. I highly recommend everyone to join ugaoo family.....

Even 1 star is high for the frauds they are. I had ordered a plant from ugaoo, but it was never delivered to me, and the order was marked as delivered. I reached out to the customer. Care, and they kept repeating the same old "we're looking into the issue" for the past 3 days. Worst service for ordering plants online, with even worse customer support. The plant must've already died since it's in transit for 6 days now. I recommend everyone to not order from Ugaoo if you value your money and sanity.

I placed an order for a plant and garden bonsai set on May 11, and it still hasn’t been delivered. The delivery status keeps getting updated as “customer not available,” which is completely false — I never received any call from the delivery person, only a message saying delivery was missed. I have already paid the full amount, and there is still no proper tracking or update on my order. I contacted customer support twice, and each time they just said they would “escalate” the issue, but nowork
