I'm not sure what is going on with all the negative reviews for this app and UHCU. I've been with the CU for at least 7 years now with no real problems at all. The mobile app has had absolutely no problems in the years I've been using it. The only times I've not been able to log in were when they were doing updates on their system, which they always send out notifications about. I recommend this CU.

Been with UHCU for over a decade, and I've used this app since it first came out on multiple Google and Samsung phones. Super happy with their service and this app has been great for checking my balance, making transfers, and even applying for loans. It's had rare times of unavailability, but I've never needed to reinstall it nor would I ever delete it

$34 fee per debit-card transaction, if you accidentally spend even 1 cent beyond your checking account balance. I expect the transaction to decline, instead they allow transaction and put $34 fee on every transaction. Ridiculous!!! They call it "courtesy fee" and they NEVER alert about it unless you log in and check. They put onus on you saying, "you didn't turn-on the alerts in settings". Beware. Run away from them!!

Mobile deposit does not work correctly. Every time I deposit a check, it shows up under deposited checks but not in my account or even on my account.

Alot of the time, I open up the app, it says loading accounts, but doesn't load accounts. Kind of inconvenient when I need to check my account and simply can't.
