After having some setup issues I talked with their support, who were extremely responsive and able to get the device to work in about a day. I've only used it a few days, but it's already made itself worth the cost. I've used other air meters before, but none had NO2 displays and apparently being in an apartment adjacent to a parking lot makes that a huge problem. I set up ifttt to turn a window fan off/on whenever NO2/CO2 pass a threshold, which improved air so much I can feel the difference.

I had issues connecting to internet. Reached out to shoo & my techie brother & finally was able to get online. Shoo provided the exact readings which are why I brought it. I know that I have issues involving my furnace & air conditioning. I will be removing the JUNK LENNOX equipment as they don't properly handle Formicary Corrosion so of the issues which local techs created are triggers for Formicary Corrosion! Oversized Furnace along with Air Conditioner. The flue tp water heater has a downward slope! Pollutants are also a trigger for Formicary Corrosion along with Oversized AC short cycles NOT removing humidity! Local distributor treated Mom & myself as dumb females! In 2015, they told us to remain closed up even if outside humidity was lower!!! In 2019 found chemicals in R410A both are NOT good for our health! Ground level Ozone & Carbonyl Fluoride when mixed with humidity = Carbon Dioxide! Which shoo provides this information! I've dived deep in order to get my health & life back! R410A should never have been put in our homes! Late in 2019 found Belgium site on Carbonyl Fluoride [ECETOC] where it listed "Urinary Fluoride Excretion" test! I tested more than 2 times positive for Environmental Exposure for FLUORIDE!

Well-designed app with great sensors. But the worst, worst, worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Notifications don't work on Google Pixel 4a. Tech support are completely oblivious, fingers in their ears' la la la, repeating the same spiel about how it is meant to work over and over, refusing to acknowledge there is a problem, refusing to engage in any troubleshooting. Complete failure to listen to customers. Very disappointing.

This app was good for a while, but the flow for adding older shoo models without a QR code is broken. Therefore, my device is bricked. Be careful who you buy smart devices from, they can always drop support for older versions as a nudge to upgrade.

Tried this out against my better judgement. Why does a device have to ship my data to the internet for me to read? A privacy nightmare. Ultimately, the device refused to attach to my network anyway. Bye bye

I've had this product for a year now with no improvements to the App. The graphs are horrible and need tons of work. The Wi-Fi frequently disconnects and the Google Home integration is a joke. For the price you pay for the monitor I expected a lot more work to be put into the app. -- Update 2 years later: Now they are finally offering everything it should have included from the beginning for $120 a year. Will never buy a product from this company again!
