I gave it 5 stars, so this review could be at the top. This is by far the worst payroll app I've ever been forced to use. It is not user-friendly and overly complicated. It will randomly lock you out, and it will not show any vacation or PTO. Having to change passwords so often is stupid, I could go on and on, bottom line, it doesn't work.

This is cool app. Still needs work. It just an old app and does not keep the same info as the upgrade. Doesn't transfer all of your info. It's not bad. It works. Maybe for a smaller company but not really for a corporation. It's not equip for that much information nor will it run adequately. It would take it forever if it was used by a corporation. It gets confused at times to commands too. It's ok.

If I could give this a zero, I would. Always a nightmare to log in, always having to reset password. No one can ever help. Takes me days to get in my account & that's every time I try logging in. UKG just need to shut down. I hate having to use it.

I hate this app and this company. I've worked at the restaurant I work at for 8 years and almost the entire time, we've been forced to deal with this trash company / app. They've wasted so much of my time with it not working, resetting passwords every 3 months, and you can't use a previous password. I now have about my 10th deviation of my password because of them. I absolutely hate them as a company and wish they would go bankrupt. I loathe your existence. FU. I've been locked out 1000x. FU.
