I do like this app it has definitely helped my legs and bum and I play volleyball and I can say for sure I feel better, but I am not entirely happy with my thighs and hips, and it says the slim hips and thighs workout is coming soon, but it's taking so long, and I've had this app for a while, so please update it, it will make it even better!
